Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Excellence Supervisor, supporting our Professional & Retail business. This role is key to ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, strong operational performance and seamless collaboration across multiple business functions. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and making a visible impact in a fast-paced environment. What you´ll do
- Supervise customer service activities including order management, delivery monitoring, invoicing, claims handling, credit management and master data processes
- Lead and coordinate daily team operations to ensure deadlines, service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Support, coach and develop team members through regular communication and training
- Monitor KPIs and produce reports to support performance tracking
- Drive process improvements, automation and digitalisation initiatives to increase efficiency
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, GBS+ and wider support teams
- Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution for customers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company standards, sustainability requirements and health and safety guidelines
Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or a related operational environment - SAP or other ERP system experience, with understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Previous supervisory, team leader or people management experience
- Prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations for customers and internal stakeholders, including reviews and updates.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with confidence using data and reports to support decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
- Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Build trusted relationships through regular, structured customer interactions.
- Confident leading others and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, resilient and motivated to improve ways of working
