Customer Excellence Executive

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Excellence Executive to join the team at voco Leicester, helping turn enquiries into bookings and creating a brilliant experience from the very first conversation. From overnight stays to meetings, events and special occasions, you'll get to know what our guests really need, recommend the right options and make booking with us easy. About the Role You'll own reservations, meetings and events enquiries from first contact through to confirmation, combining great service with a commercial approach to make the most of every opportunity.,

• Handling bedroom, meeting and event enquiries by phone and email, providing a friendly, professional and efficient experience.
• Asking the right questions to understand what guests need and confidently converting enquiries into bookings.
• Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, helping to maximise revenue from every enquiry.
• Preparing proposals, contracts and booking details accurately and efficiently.
• Building great relationships with guests and clients from initial enquiry through to arrival.
• Working closely with our operational teams to ensure every booking is handed over seamlessly.
  
  You're a natural communicator who enjoys speaking to people, understanding what they're looking for and turning conversations into sales. You'll be organised, commercially minded and comfortable juggling multiple enquiries without losing your eye for detail.
We're looking for:
• Experience in hotel reservations, meetings and events, sales or a similar customer-facing role would be a real advantage.
• Great communication skills and the confidence to quickly build rapport with guests and clients.
• A commercial mindset and confidence turning enquiries into bookings.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive, proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for delivering great service.
• A willingness to learn and develop your career in hotel sales.
