Full Job Description

  • Assist in the management of workflow and allocation of work to other team members.
  • Checking all ID & V documents are in line with processes
  • Assist in reporting and audits across the team as directed by Line Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes
  • To respond to enquiries from customers in accordance with CAF standards, SLAs and KPIs and to provide a professional, timely and efficient service.
  • To provide assistance to the analysts within the team in chasing outstanding requirements in line with current regulations via telephone and email.

    This role is for you if you have experience of working in a CDD team, specifically for Corporate and Charities-
  • You'll have substantial experience working in an administrative role, previous CDD knowledge preferred.
  • Be able to manage and prioritise duties in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail, thorough and well organised
  • Be a problem solver with a can-do positive attitude
  • Have a background in telephony (outbound calling)

    We're looking for a talented Administrator to join our Corporate & Charities CDD Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
  • You will be an integral part of our award-winning team, who conduct customer due diligence on new and existing customers, You'll also support the Team Manager and CDD Analysts with workflow related admin tasks and ensure an excellent level of service is provided.
