Customer Correspondence Manager
Mansfield | Hybrid Working

At the Mining Remediation Authority, our work improves lives, protects communities and supports the environment.

We're looking for a talented communicator to lead the handling of complex customer enquiries, complaints and stakeholder correspondence.

If you're skilled at untangling complex issues, writing clear responses and building trust through great customer service, this could be the role for you.

You'll work with colleagues across the organisation to resolve issues, improve customer experience and help shape how we engage with the people and communities we serve.
