We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Contact Agent to join our team.
As a Customer Contact Agent you will be joining an existing team who delivers the highest standard of customer service; resolution management and repayment negotiations related to overdue accounts on behalf our clients in the utility industry.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of handling and resolving difficult situations
- Capable of handling high volume calls efficiently and professionally
- Ability to successfully meet client SLA's
- Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Utilities knowledge would be advantageous
