Full Job Description
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. As part of this team, our office is based in South Normanton, Derbyshire.,
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints with effective problem-solving techniques
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends
Previous experience in a customer service role is prefered - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software

- Sound knowledge of GDP and trained in relevant SOPs within 3 months
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- English language - C1-C2
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent customer care skills and a professional telephone manner
- Proficient keyboard skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong telephone and customer care skills
- Proficient in PC usage and building customer loyalty
