Full Job Description

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a professional and responsive service via phone and other communication channels. You'll handle a wide range of enquiries, helping resolve issues where possible or referring them efficiently to the right team member. Your goal is simple: deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience every time. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
  • Support the Reservations and Customer Engagement team with booking requests, cancellations, and service history updates
  • Follow up on abandoned calls promptly
  • Assist with general dealership admin, including job cards and marketing mail-outs
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment
