In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Own the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts, acting as the single point of contact. Build strong, trusted customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success. Take full responsibility for the end-to-end order life cycle, from order entry through to delivery, invoicing, and logistics documentation. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: A strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to manage complex, high-volume order activity. Confidence owning issues end-to-end and driving resolutions in a fast-paced environment. Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
College, university, or equivalent degree. A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer order management, customer-facing roles, supply chain, logistics, or international trade. Experience managing the end-to-end order life cycle for customer accounts. Experience with EDI processes is preferable. Additional language skills beyond English are advantageous.
