They need a Curriculum Support Officer who can provide consistency, structure, and encouragement, ensuring they remain engaged, independent, and successful. You won't simply supervise learning; you will:
  • Support students to overcome barriers and develop positive learning behaviours

  • Learning is cutting-edge, employer-informed, and future-focused
  • Facilities are state-of-the-art, designed with industry partners
  • Education is both academic and technical, equally valued

  • Is flexible, resilient, and solution-focused when responding to challenges
  • Embraces continuous development and reflects on their practice
  • Above all, we are looking for someone who sees the individual behind the student, understands the importance of removing barriers to learning, and is committed to helping every young person succeed. Beyond the classroom At Berkeley Green UTC, support extends beyond lessons. You will:
  • Contribute to a curriculum shaped by industry and opportunity
