Strong knowledge of ICT and vocational, technical and apprenticeship provision, alongside recent relevant industry experience and an understanding of career pathways. A learner-first approach, with a genuine commitment to improving teaching, learning and the overall student experience., Confident with data and

performance, able to use insight and analysis to identify priorities, solve problems and drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to build productive relationships and engage effectively with students, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
