Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Curriculum Manager to join the hugely successful Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team at Loughborough College. With over 200 full-time learners, the team includes highly specialised SEN provision, ESOL 16-18 years olds, and delivery on some aspects of Level 1 foundation learning programmes.

Managing a dedicated team of lecturers and tutors, you will provide outstanding leadership and will continue to develop our quality metrics, teaching and learning, curriculum design, and delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Good experience in managing SEN provision


• Significant experience in teaching and assessing on specialist provision


• Ability to develop, inspire, challenge, and motivate teams and individuals to deliver teaching and assessing excellence


• Confident in leading and coordinating the work of teams and individuals to meet challenging targets


• Innovative in meeting changing needs and expectations of learners


• Ability to collaborate with external stakeholders, partners, and cross-college departments
