- A relevant degree and teaching qualification
- People management experience - or willingness to learn
What you'll be doing...
- Shaping the curriculum for sport and adventure
- Managing a team of teachers
- Overseeing our sports academies
- Making sure the learner experience is always brilliant
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and quality improvement
- Carrying out lesson observations and learning walks to monitor and support your team
- Whilst the vast majority of your role will focus on sports and adventure, you'll also oversee public services teaching too
