What you'll be doing...

• Shaping the curriculum for sport and adventure


• Managing a team of teachers


• Overseeing our sports academies


• Making sure the learner experience is always brilliant


• Drive excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and quality improvement


• Carrying out lesson observations and learning walks to monitor and support your team


• Whilst the vast majority of your role will focus on sports and adventure, you'll also oversee public services teaching too
