ROLE DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our apprenticeship operational support team here at Newcastle College. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and passionate individual to join the Operational Support Team here at Newcastle College as a Curriculum Administrator - Apprenticeships.
Summary of the main purpose of role:
To provide a customer focused and responsive service to support the Newcastle College apprenticeship team. To ensure that all College systems and processes are proactively and effectively implemented within the role. To deliver exceptional customer service and to support a high-quality service delivery, whilst maintaining compliance within a very busy environment. As an employee within NCG all employees are required to promote, uphold and demonstrate through personal example, our values and behaviours. NCG is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A strong team player who can work collaboratively and independently
- Proficient in data management and confident with IT systems
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about supporting learners on their journey
- Previous experience in education administration is a bonus.
