Full Job Description

You will be expected to deliver a high quality CT service within a fast-paced environment, alongside and supporting the Senior CT Radiographers as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. You will have a high standard of patient care and positive patient experience., Successful applicants will be highly motivated and enthusiastic; adaptable to change; team players; and have excellent communication skills. Commitment to high quality patient care is essential. You will be able to display excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, patient centred and flexible approach to work and innovation.

We are in exciting times, expanding our service at QMC in addition to developments underway for the Nottingham Community Diagnostics Centre (CDC). We currently have 7 CT scanners across 2 sites, the QMC site also incorporates the Treatment Centre. We provide a service for Emergency care, outpatients, in-patients with Major Trauma being positioned at the QMC., With over 19,000 staff, we are one of the biggest employers in the city with a central role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our local population. Nottingham University Hospitals Radiology is a 7 day/24-hour service. You will be expected to work a flexible shift pattern consisting of 12.5 hour days/nights, totalling 13 shifts over a 4 week period.
