CT 3

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CT 3, 4 Anaesthetics position, aimed at candidates who have successfully completed their Primary FRCA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout the perioperative process. Responsibilities include preoperative assessments, developing anaesthetic plans, and administering anaesthesia, while closely monitoring patients' vital signs and overall condition during surgery.
In addition to direct patient care, you will participate in teaching and training junior medical staff and medical students, fostering a culture of learning and professional development. You will also engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and audit processes to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
