Full Job Description

We are seeking a CSI PMO to join our UK&I CSI Project team and play a pivotal role in providing PMO support across a UK-wide project for a single client. This role requires strong IT, coordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse internal and external teams to support operational delivery., We are looking for an individual who will act as a centralised PMO hub, defining, maintaining, and assuring project management standards across the programme. The role supports governance, strategic alignment, resource management, and best-practice adoption to improve delivery efficiency and overall project success, while working closely with the Account PMO Lead and CSI senior leadership.,

  • Provide PMO support across multiple concurrent CSI projects through the full lifecycle, from scoping to handover.
  • Manage portfolio oversight, ensuring projects are prioritised, aligned to organisational objectives, and delivering maximum ROI.
  • Produce project reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide visibility to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and PMO documentation.
  • Manage and administer PMO tools and systems, including Monday.com and CEMAR, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, meetings, and milestones across project teams and departments.
  • Track budgets, costs, purchase orders, timesheets, and financial performance against programme timelines.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), supporting mitigation and change control.
  • Act as a central point of communication for PMO-related information requests and updates.
  • Assist and mentor project managers and teams, including training on methodologies and tools.

    Bachelor's degree (BA) in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Proven experience managing budgets exceeding £1m.
  • Conversant with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and PMO tools.
  • Minimum BPSS clearance.
  • UK driving licence required, with flexibility to travel as needed.
