• CSCS Card Holder:Must hold a valid CSCS card at a minimum of a Skilled Worker level (Blue Card) or above (Gold/Black).
• Industry Experience:Proven vocational experience working within the UK construction industry (e.g., Site Supervisor, Tradesperson, Site Manager).
• Occupational Competence:Up-to-date knowledge of current health and safety legislation and construction site practices.
• Mobility:Willingness to travel to different venues if required.
• Teaching Qualification:A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, CET, or PGCE) or a willingness to work towards one.
• A understanding of RARPA as well as the EIF and the quality processes that underpin your delivery.
• Experience of working with adults in hard-to-reach areas who may face multiple barriers to education.
• Strong working knowledge of OFSTEDs Education Inspection Framework.
• A strong team work ethic. We like to collaborate and support each other.
