Full Job Description

  • Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions
  • Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why
  • Update CRM records accurately
  • Build friendly, professional rapport
  • Meet and exceed retention targets, Pension & Cycle2Work
  • Annual 2 night Christmas Conference
  • Fam trips & ship visits
  • Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm

    Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required)
  • Strong objection handling and questioning skills
  • Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM and dialling systems
