This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our businessWhat you'll do The role will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will change from time to time. At times it will operate under direction and at other times expected to operate autonomously. Typical tasks will include:
- Work closely with the CRM Agile team to ensure queries are captured and resolved.
- Understand the current CRM solutions across CND, providing first-line support to users where able (ET CRM, ECS CRM, ECS Capital CRM, ET Surveys).
- Work closely with the project team to understand upcoming developments, produce release material and support deployment meetings.
- Support data-related activities across the CRM platform.
- Lead on license management process within CND.
- Support business champions.
- Support in creating training material via Salesforce Knowledge for CND.
Experience working closely with key stakeholders on issue resolution. - Experience taking an active role in stakeholder management.
- Experience action planning and process improvement.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working and delivery.
- Strong skills in team working, capability to share knowledge and learn from others easily. The role will interface with the following systems:
- Salesforce CRM
- Atlassian Jira & Confluence
- MS Teams
