Full Job Description

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns for Everlast US and The Webster US. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, timely, and effective CRM activity that drives engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth across both brands., + Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in line with brand guidelines and marketing calendars.
+ Oversee existing automated workflows to ensure smooth operation and intended outcomes.
+ Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, deliverability and conversion rates.
+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
+ Identify new implementation opportunities for growth.
+ Monitor the Everlast loyalty programme, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
+ Collaborate with the wider team to plan and execute a refresh of the loyalty programme to enhance customer retention and value.
