CRM Executive - Brand Partnerships

We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive - Brand Partnerships to join our CRM & Digital Personalisation tea here at Harrods. This new position in the team and will be essential in unlocking and supporting major growth potential with our Partnerships and CRM divisions., The Senior CRM Executive - Brand Partnerships will lead the roadmap to help build the new CRM landscape for our brand partners and provide invaluable support in aligning the strategies of both teams to achieve maximum commercial and marketing success. You will also;

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and work with your manager to lead productive consultation brief meetings with our brands and partners to support their initiatives in-line with our CRM objectives
• Intercept and interrogate client briefs to responding with bespoke solutions, innovating with the CRM team to deliver best in class media solutions across the CRM portfolio.
• Ensuring plans are delivered on time and reported on and commercial targets are top of mind
• Work across both our BAU and Lifecycle/Retention strategies across all channels (Email, SMS, Push and Direct Mail).
  
  The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with brands and partnerships, supporting brand Partner marketing strategies and objectives as well as operating with commercial insight and acumen in executing brand partnerships.
It is important that you have a good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics and a good understand of the importance of reporting on KPIs across all channels You will also have the following;
• Experience in project managing/highly organised to manage a busy calendar
• Excellent communication and organisation skills to confidently lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Understand email best practises and GDPR - be that expert within the team
• Experience in developing and maintaining a wide network of relationships to unlock resource and expertise to achieve role objectives
