Full Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics solutions in line with architectural and coding standards
  • Lead the implementation of complex customisations including plugins, workflows, and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using Web APIs, Azure services, and middleware
  • Act as a technical liaison with the Microsoft Gold partner platform vendor

    Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (on-prem) and MS Portals
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong C#/.NET experience, including custom plugins and workflows
  • Experience with client-side development (JavaScript, form scripting, ribbon customisation)
  • Experience working with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Ability to interpret user requirements and deliver secure and resilient technical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or major Dynamics upgrades (desirable)
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams (desirable)
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (desirable)
