You will be supported to work through the competency framework and a robust period of induction and probation when joining the team, with an ongoing structure for supervision and development. Due to the unique clinical environment we encourage anyone interested to get in contact and come to visit the relevant Critical care unit., This role offers the opportunity to work with patients on our Critical Care Unit and beyond, to deliver rehabilitation programs devised by Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, with a key role in reducing the risk of deconditioning with this more vulnerable group if people. This is a role that benefits from having regular patient contact , and is an important role in supporting the therapy and the wider multidisciplinary teams, who we have strong links with.
