We have an amazing opportunity for a Mental Health Crisis Recovery Worker to join our growing team at Ashford Safe Haven. Our Safe Haven provides vital support to people experiencing mental health distress or crisis, offering a safe, welcoming and recovery-focused environment when individuals need someone to listen, understand and help them through a difficult time., We have an amazing opportunity for a Mental Health Crisis Recovery Worker to join our growing team at Ashford Safe Haven. Our Safe Haven provides vital support to people experiencing mental health distress or crisis, offering a safe, welcoming and recovery-focused environment when individuals need someone to listen, understand and help them through a difficult time. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate person to provide high-quality, recovery-focused support to people with a range of mental health needs. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide immediate emotional support and stabilisation, assess and manage risk, co-produce safety plans and support individuals with complex needs. You will also work closely with colleagues and external partners, including the Police, Ambulance Service and GP surgeries, to promote the safety and wellbeing of the people who access our service.
