Job Type: Full-time (flexibility required, including on-call and travel) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Crisis Lead / Clinical Lead to help deliver and maintain an industry-leading standard of care. This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with the Registered Manager and Head of Care to develop, implement, and oversee high-quality domiciliary care services. You'll play a central role in shaping service delivery, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and best practice standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care services Develop and implement care systems, policies, and procedures Oversee and audit care delivery to ensure compliance and excellence Manage, support, and supervise staff to maintain high performance Lead recruitment, induction, retention, and development of staff Assess individual care needs and oversee care planning documentation Liaise
effectively with families, professionals, and external agencies Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 Handle complaints and safeguarding concerns in line with policy Participate in an on-call rota and travel nationally as required Work closely with sales and mobilisation teams to support service growth Monitor performance and contribute to continuous service improvement Requirements Registered Nurse qualification or NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience in auditing and maintaining quality standards Proven ability in staff recruitment, development, and retention Sound knowledge of care legislation, safeguarding, and health & safety Excellent communication and organisational skills What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who can lead from the front-confident, adaptable, and
