As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of Banny's, working in a variety of roles to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. From taking food and drink orders to keeping the front of house clean and tidy, you'll play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience., Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Serve food and drinks with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
Handle payments at the till and ensure correct cash/card transactions.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Respond to customer queries or complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Always adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
