Creditors Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Creditors Assistant to work within the Finance Department. The successful applicant will assist the Accounts Payable Coordinator in ensuring the accurate and timely input of all invoice records into the accounts payable system. Team working is essential, you should therefore have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a commitment to multi-disciplinary team working. To ensure all invoices are distributed in a timely manner to the Senior Creditor Assistants to support an efficient processing system.

To act as a first point of contact for all external supplier queries and to ensure the swift escalation of such queries to the Senior Creditor Assistants.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
