Credit Controller - Watford

Credit Controller We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of corporate, government, and managing agent customers, building strong relationships while driving collections performance and delivering an excellent customer experience. What You'll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of corporate customers across gas and electricity as the dedicated collections contact. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Conducting regular phone calls, meetings, and conference calls with customers. Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries. Producing debt reports and analysing customer account data. Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring data accuracy. Working collaboratively with wider teams to achieve collection targets. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a Credit

Control or Collections role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Confident using multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and adapt to changing processes Excellent numeracy and attention to detail. Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. A proactive and collaborative approach to work. What can we offer? Working Pattern In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 1700, Monday to Friday.
