Credit Controller - Strategic Accounts

VF Corporation is looking for an outstanding Credit Controller (Strategic Accounts) to join our Credit Team in Calverton Nottinghamshire managing a selection of some of the largest clients of the business.

Lets talk about the role!
As a Strategic Credit Controller you will play a key role in managing some of the biggest accounts VF trades with while fulfilling the following aspects of the role
+ Managing the day to day running of the accounts with a large turnover of value and items.
+ Communicating with customers over the phone zoom/teams email as well as the customers portal to discuss payments disputes and to resolve any queries quickly and effectively.
+ Working with and building relationships internally with teams across the business including Sales Customer Service and Supply Chain.
+ Highlighting and escalating key issues impacting your accounts
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database ensuring meticulous record-keeping

+ You are analytical and possess a thorough attention to detail
+ You are highly focused and results driven to manage the customer accounts and resolve queries
+ You are a problem solver with sound reasoning and negotiation skills
+ You are financially and commercially aware
+ You are computer literate with proficiency in Excel and able to adapt to various forms of technology
+ You are likely to have 1 to 2 years experience in a role demonstrating the above competencies, Risk Management,Data Entry,Actimize,Accounting & Finance,General Ledger Accounting,Communication,Excel,Financial Analysis,Account Receivables Management,Client Relationship,A/R analysis,Financial statement,A/R Collections,Accounting Assistant,Telephoning skills

Salary: From 24.500 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)
