You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices, timely resolution of account queries and accurate allocation of cash receipts.
Following a comprehensive training and induction period, the role will offer hybrid working, with an expectation of being in the office 3 days per week and working remotely for the remainder of the week.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the credit control processes across a portfolio of five hospitals.

Support month-end processes and other finance activities as required.
Ensure timely responses to requests for information and documentation.
Previous experience in a Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Finance role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A proactive and organised approach to debtor management.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Experience of finance or patient administration systems would be beneficial.
Previous experience within a healthcare environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
