Full Job Description
- You will work in a target driven environment to reduce debt across your portfolio
- Within your team you will work towards targets for cash collection reducing outstanding debt
- You will have the ability to identify potential problem accounts, recommending accounts to be halted
- You will represent the company and our values of the business, remaining professional with all customers
- Ensure accurate allocation of cash to client accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve aged debt and maintain healthy ledgers
We're looking for someone who knows how to get things done and works well with others to make it happen. You don't need to tick every single box, but you'll likely bring: - Proven experience in a credit control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and results-driven
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
