Full Job Description
- Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding debt
- Proactively chase payments and ensure timely collections
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries efficiently
- Prioritise collections and work closely with internal stakeholders
- Produce aged debt reports and provide updates to management
- Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end and year-end processes
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
We're looking for someone who is (essential): - Confident communicating via phone and email
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Experienced in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- A strong relationship-builder with a proactive mindset Desirable:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Interest in using AI/Copilot to improve processes
