Full Job Description
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We're looking for a Credit Capital Markets Lead to enable the Credit department to scale features that our customers want through capital market transactions. You'll use your relevant experience in structured funding transactions (forward flows, cash, and synthetic securitisations) to drive the function forward and beyond.
Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.
What you'll be doing
Leading the credit capital markets function within the Credit department, and setting up a team
Overseeing funding roadshows and managing communications
Identifying new sources of funding that might be outside traditional structured finance channels, such as other banks, insurers, pension funds, etc.
Managing the deal pipeline end to end, including documentation structuring and negotiations
Identifying best funding sources for different asset classes, including retail, SME, and commercial lending products
Several years of experience setting up and managing credit portfolio funding for a global bank
Experience in various assets classes for retail, SME, and commercial lending segments across multiple jurisdictions
A deep understanding of capital and regulatory considerations around structured finance
The ability to create structured finance cashflow models and rating estimations from scratch
Experience leading investor relations activities and roadshows
Great organisational skills to prioritise and keep track of multiple outstanding items while working to meet daily deadlines
To be curious and have a desire to fully understand how things work
