Creative WebGL Developer

We're partnering with a globally recognised media and entertainment organisation renowned for delivering some of the world's most visible digital experiences. As the business continues to modernise and scale its creative and interactive web platforms, they are investing heavily in best-in-class real-time 3D and immersive web capabilities.This is a senior, hands-on engineering role where you'll shape how flagship campaigns and brands appear on the modern web building high-performance, visually rich experiences that run at global scale.

What You'll DoBuild high-performance single-page applications using AstroJS on top of ReactDevelop immersive WebGL and OpenGL-driven experiences, including moving and interactive 3D sculpturesImplement rich animations and transitions using GSAP, including parallax, text, and image effectsIntegrate 3D assets (created in tools such as Blender) into the browser via WebGLTranslate UX/UI designs from Figma into production-ready codeWork within a CI/CD environment, delivering quickly in a lean teamBalance creative ambition with real-world constraints, understanding that timelines can occasionally shift
What You'll BringStrong JavaScript fundamentals and modern React experienceHands-on experience with AstroJS or performance-focused front-end frameworksSolid experience working with WebGL / OpenGL and real-time 3D on the webConfidence using GSAP for complex animation workflowsAbility to bridge design and development, ideally with a design backgroundExperience working in fast-paced, lean teams where priorities can evolveA proactive mindset and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
