Creative Marketing Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Project Manager to join our Creative team on a 12- month contract. You'll coordinate the Creative Studio's workload, ensuring projects are effectively planned, prioritised and delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. The role is based at GAMA HQ, Hemel Hempstead, with hybrid working. What will you get involved in?

• Manage creative projects from brief through to delivery, including campaigns, launches, sales materials, digital assets and events.
• Coordinate workloads and resources across the Creative team, freelancers, agencies and external partners.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D and QA to manage priorities and keep projects on track.
• Review briefs, develop timelines and budgets, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage project workflows through Wrike and Veeva, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance.
• Improve Creative Studio processes, project controls and ways of working.

  Multiple years' experience within an agency, creative team or design studio.
• Strong experience managing multiple creative projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with project management and asset approval systems.
• Good understanding of print and digital creative production.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers and external suppliers.
• Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile are desirable but not essential.
