Creative Marketing & Design Apprentice (Social Media, Content & CAD) (Apprenticeship)

You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams, contributing to real campaigns, building digital content, and developing valuable skills across multiple creative disciplines. This role is perfect for someone who is full of ideas, eager to learn, and excited by digital trends.

What You'll Be Doing
Social Media & Digital Marketing

Support the management of company social media channels

Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms

Assist with community management, responding to comments and messages

Conduct research including hashtags, trends, and competitor analysis

Identify new opportunities and ideas to support wider marketing strategies

Contribute creative campaign ideas based on emerging trends

Content Creation

Assist in creating engaging content including videos, graphics, and written posts

Support blog writing and website content updates

Help plan and organise monthly content calendars

Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions

Website & Online Presence

Support the management and updates of the company website

Assist with uploading content and maintaining accuracy

Influencer & Campaign Support

Support communication with influencers and content creators

Assist in building relationships between creators and clients

Help coordinate campaign activity and track performance

Design, CAD & Reprographics

Assist with basic CAD design tasks (training provided)

Support sample creation and product visuals

Contribute to reprographics and print-related tasks

Work closely with the design team on creative outputs

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Good attention to detail and organisation

Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and design

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proactive attitude with the confidence to share ideas

Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new tools

Training & Development
