Full Job Description

We're looking for Creative Artworkers to join our in-house Studio team, focused on delivering high-quality marketing assets at scale across global channels.
This is a production-led role, but it still needs a strong creative eye. You'll take approved concepts and toolkits and bring them to life across paid performance, social, and digital channels, making sure the work not only lands correctly, but still feels sharp and considered wherever it shows up.
A big part of the role is adapting creative across formats, markets, and placements. Done well, that's not just resizing, it's about making smart decisions, so the work still holds together and performs in each context.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of output, so being organised and comfortable juggling multiple briefs is important. At the same time, there's plenty of opportunity to improve how we do things, whether that's through templates, automation, or using tools like Bannerflow and AI to make production more efficient and more effective.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What you'll do:
Produce high-quality artwork across paid, social, and digital channels, working from approved creative concepts and brand toolkits
Roll out campaigns across multiple formats, sizes, and markets, keeping everything consistent without it feeling copy and paste
Apply creative judgement to make sure work still looks and feels right across different channels
Handle a mix of planned campaign work and quicker, performance-led requests
Solve the practical side of creative challenges, working out how ideas scale without losing what made them good in the first place
Work closely with Creative, Studio, and Channel teams to balance brand, performance, and delivery needs
Use production platforms (e.g. Bannerflow or similar) to support scalable asset creation and versioning
Contribute to building smarter ways of working, including templates, modular approaches, and automation
Support localisation and versioning for global markets, making sure assets are accurate and appropriate
Use AI tools and emerging tech where it genuinely helps improve output or efficiency
Manage feedback and revisions calmly and efficiently, even when things are moving quickly
Keep files organised and follow studio processes so work can move smoothly across the team
What you'll bring

Experience in a creative artwork or production role within a studio or in-house team
A portfolio that shows strong design work and the ability to adapt it across different formats and channels
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
A good eye for typography, layout, and detail
Ability to deliver high-volume work without letting standards slip
Confidence working from established creative while adding value through execution
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple pieces of work at once
Comfortable working with stakeholders and handling feedback constructively
Attention to detail, both visually and technically
Desirable
Experience with production or automation platforms (e.g. Bannerflow or similar)
Understanding of performance marketing and how creative needs to flex by channel
Experience supporting global campaign rollouts, including localisation and versioning
Familiarity with AI tools and how they can support creative production
Experience working in regulated environments
Exposure to motion, animation, or other creative disciplines
Experience supporting or guiding more junior team members
