We're looking for a dynamic Creative Arts & Textiles Tutor who can deliver exciting, practical and forward-thinking learning experiences. You'll help students explore everything from textiles and graphics to smart materials, CAD/CAM, photography, animation and more - all while developing your own skills along the way. What you will be doing

• Design and deliver a vibrant curriculum full of practical, engaging and varied techniques
• Inspire students through hands-on sessions, small-group teaching and personalised learning
• Support young people as they prepare for creative, practical and supported-internship pathways
• Monitor progress, celebrate achievements and help students grow in confidence and independence
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team to develop subject knowledge and best practice
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where creativity can thrive
• Contribute to individual education plans, behaviour plans and holistic student support
• Promote positive behaviour, self-regulation and personal development
• Communicate effectively with care staff, colleagues and stakeholders to ensure consistency
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and professional practice
