As Cranleigh International Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening the connections between Cranleigh UK and its international schools, while also helping to establish new partnerships that align with our educational philosophy. • Implementing Cranleigh International's partnership relations strategy under the guidance of the Operations Director.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with existing international school partners and supporting the development of new partnerships.
• Coordinating internal teams and international partners to ensure objectives and milestones are met.
• Representing Cranleigh International on joint executive boards and committees, preparing agendas, reports, and briefing papers.
• Supporting new business development through market research, sector analysis, and networking.
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of partnership visits, events, and conferences.
• Providing operational and administrative support, including tracking performance and identifying risks.
• Promoting data protection awareness and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
• Attending sector conferences and training to maintain professional expertise.
What we're looking for Essential:
• Proven experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or relationship management.
• Background in education, international education, or a comparable professional environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of business development principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including weekends.
• Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection responsibilities.
Desirable:
• Experience within the independent school sector or international schools environment.
• Knowledge of international education markets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or partnership management tools.
• Experience supporting commercial partnerships or business development.
About the team You'll be working closely with the Cranleigh International Operations Director, the Cranleigh Schools Group Head, and a range of internal and external stakeholders, including international school partners and board members. This is a collaborative and outward-facing role where your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success. What we offer
