Cranleigh International is looking for an International Commercial Manager to lead financial strategy, forge international partnerships, and drive the growth of our portfolio of world-class schools. What you'll be doing As International Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Cranleigh International's strategic growth by:

  • Conducting financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making and expansion.
  • Developing detailed financial models and business cases for new ventures, partnerships, and investments.
  • Managing financial administration, including royalty payments, partner invoicing, and cost reimbursements.
  • Evaluating, negotiating, and implementing new school projects and partnerships.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports for the CESL Board and senior leadership.
  • Coordinating due diligence processes and supporting contract negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
  • Representing Cranleigh International at sector events and staying informed about trends in international education.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
  • What we're looking for Essential:
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, or commercial management.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Proven experience in commercial, financial, or business development roles.
  • Knowledge of the international education sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of financial literacy and strategic thinking capability.
  • Desirable:
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA).
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or international partnerships.
  • Familiarity with legal and contractual frameworks for commercial partnerships.
  • Experience supporting organisational growth or new venture development.
