Full Job Description
City College Norwich is looking for a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to step into classrooms, support students and keep learning on track when teaching staff are absent. What you'll do
- Supervise lessons and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students with set work and study skills
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Work closely with teaching teams to ensure continuity
- Assist with admin, resources and exam invigilation
Experience working with young people - Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Level 2 English & Maths
- A passion for helping students succeed
