Full Job Description
Cover Supervisors are responsible for providing instructions and ensuring the work set by the class teacher is worked on by students, answering students' general questions and reporting back to the teacher on a range of issues. The successful candidate will enjoy working with secondary-aged students, be patient and empathetic, and be confident in leading a full class. Please note that Cover Supervisors do not have any responsibility for planning lessons themselves, or any form of assessment of students' progress or development.
NJC Scale 4, Pt. 7 - £21,797 actual salary (£30,288 FTE) Monday to Friday 30.83 hrs per week (Part-Time would be considered) Term Time only (38 weeks), Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.20am to 3pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break If you do not hear from us by 3pm on the working day following the closing date of this advert, you should assume that your application has been unsuccessful.
