Position: Long-Term, Short-Term & Day-to-Day Roles Available
The The Supply Register is excited to partner with Telford Langley School to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for a range of flexible roles. Whether you're looking for long-term, short-term, or day-to-day opportunities, we have positions to suit your needs., Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher.
Ensure students complete set work and remain on task.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with their work and provide guidance where needed.
Report any concerns or issues to appropriate staff members.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Assist with general classroom activities as required.
Experience: Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
Enhanced DBS: Must be on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
Skills: Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly across different classrooms.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and committed to supporting students.
