Cover Supervisor / PE Supervisor

We are seeking a confident, adaptable, and proactive Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering high-quality classroom supervision across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. The successful candidate will also provide general support across the school, contributing to a positive and purposeful learning environment. As part of the role, we require a male member of staff who is able to support boys' Physical Education lessons on occasion, offering practical assistance and maintaining a safe and structured setting during PE activities. Key Responsibilities Classroom Cover

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task with pre-prepared work.
  
  Confident and clear communicator with strong presence in the classroom.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Adaptability and willingness to support learning across a variety of subjects and year groups.
• Comfortable supervising boys' PE sessions as required.
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, supportive approach. Desirable
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or in another educational support role.
• Experience supporting PE or delivering physical activities.
