Northern Education Trust - Hetton Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Supervisor who truly wants to enhance the life chances of the children and young people under our care. The successful candidate will supervise students on work left in accordance with Academy policy, develop and promote positive relationships with students, act as a role model and set high expectations. They will promote inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom and support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs and encouraging students to interact and work co-operatively with others.
