Cover Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team at Lutterworth High School. You will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences, supervising students across all subjects and year groups. Your ability to manage behaviour effectively and engage students with pre-set work will ensure our high standards of teaching and learning continue throughout the school. The hours of the 39th week are disaggregated throughout the year for weekly staff meetings and training days which you will be required to attend.
