Cover Supervisor

Northern Education Trust, The Blyth Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Supervisor who shares our vision and who truly wants to enhance the life chances of the children and young people under our care. The successful candidate will supervise students on work left in accordance with Academy policy. Develop and promote positive relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom. Supporting students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs and encouraging students to interact and work co-operatively with others.,

Further details about the role Post: Cover Supervisor Contract Type: Permanent Salary Range: Grade 5, SCP 16-18, FTE £31,525.00 - £32,578.00, Pro Rata salary £24,464.89 - £25,282.07 Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment Working Type: Part Time (32.5 hours, 39 working weeks, 45.942 paid weeks) Base: The Blyth Academy, Chase Farm Drive, Blyth, NE24 4JP Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children.
