Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team of staff, where the education, pastoral care and welfare of the pupils and students are paramount. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to cover classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
A teaching qualification is not essential and no specific academic qualifications are required. However, an ability to facilitate high quality learning within the classroom is essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate initiative, sensitivity and commitment to the role and the staff team.
Contract: Permanent, term-time only
Hours: 08:30 to 16:00, 5 days per week = 35 hours per week
Grade 6a, Point 11-16
FTE: £29,069 per annum
Pro rata: £22,226
Hourly Rate: Point 11 - £14.91
