Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher.
+ Ensuring students complete the work that has been set and remain focused on their learning.
+ Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
+ Supporting students with their work and providing guidance where appropriate.
+ Reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant members of staff.
+ Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
+ Assisting with general classroom activities as required.

Experience: Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
Enhanced DBS: Registered on the Update Service, or willing to apply for one.
Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work confidently across different subjects and classroom environments.
Attitude: A positive, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to supporting students' learning and development.

Salary: £82.62 - £95.43 per day (may be negotiable depending on experience)
