Are you confident, organised, and passionate about supporting young people in their learning? Are you looking for a part-time role in a secondary enviornment?
Chorlton High School is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support pupils and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
What Could Your Day Look Like?
+ Supervising classes across 11-16 year olds during teacher absences
+ Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff
+ Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning
+ Supporting pupils with their work and answering basic questions where appropriate
+ Ensuring a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
+ Reporting back to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress
+ Do you have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting?
+ Are you confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour?
+ Do you have strong communication and organisational skills?
+ Are you adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils?
+ Do you bring enthusiasm and professionalism to your work?
